停车设施容量限制下的路网容量计算模型

摘    要:路网是一个复杂的、随机开放的系统,很多因素会影响其容量的大小.根据城市道路网的特点,提出运用线性规划(LP)法,构建在道路通行能力以及停车设施容量双重限制下的路网容量计算模型;并从影子价格的角度,分析了路段、停车设施扩容对路网容量的影响.最后通过简单的算例,证实了方法的可操作性.

Abstract:Road network is a complicated and stochastic exoteric system;its capacity is influenced by many factors.According to the characteristics of city road network,a calculating model of the road network capacity under the limit of road capacity and parking establishment capacity is established on the basis of linear programming(LP) method.Furthermore,the effect of the enlargement of road and parking establishement on the road network capacity is analyzed from the perspective of shadow price.Finally,the feasibility of the method is proved by an application of a simple example.
