| 摘 要： | 环境扫描电镜在油气工业中有着广泛的用途，解决了原来常规扫描电镜难以解决或不能解决的许多问题，本文主要通过环境扫描电镜在我国油气工业中的应用实例，概述了环境扫描电镜在油气工业中的用途，初步建立了不同类型样品的试验方法与分析技术。

| Abstract: | Environmental scanning electron microscope (ESEM) has a lot of advantages over the conventional scanning electron microscope (CSEM). ESEM has been used to solve many problems those can't be done by CSEM. In this paper, several typical applications showed the usage of ESEM with its environmental specimen chamber, high temperature stage and tensile stage in the oil & gas industry. |
