| 摘 要： | 本文在指数分布场合下讨论了具有竞争失效机理产品的简单步加寿命试验的统计分析，并且研究了失效机理对正常应力下平均寿命估计的影响．最后，我们通过Ｍｏｎｔｅ－Ｃａｒｌｏ试验说明本文方法的可行性．

| Abstract: | This paper presents statistical analysis of simple step-stress accelerated life tests for products with competing causes of failure which life distribution of each failure causes that is independent of the others is assumed to be exponential. And we discuss the competing causes of failure which affect the mean life estimation under standard stresses. Finally some Monte-Carlo simulation results are given and the method is also illustrated. |
