| Abstract: | We have improved the synthesis of a previously published luciferin-linker, used in an assay enabling rapid real-time quantification of luciferin-CPP conjugate uptake and cytosolic cargo release. We also present the synthesis of a new luciferin-linker with the same conjugation ability. Both luciferin-linkers are now available via an efficient one-pot procedure. |
