Synthesis of five-membered heterocyclic compounds from perfluoro-α-lactam

Conclusions 1-(Perfluoro-tert-butyl)-3,3-bis(trifluoromethyl)aziridin-2-one enters into cyclic addition reactions with carbonyl compounds and with nitriles, forming oxazolidones and imidazolones.
