出版社的资源配置

文章针对出版社的资源分配问题进行了研究,综合考虑了人力资源、生产资源、资金和管理资源等因素的影响,利用Excel软件对附件中数据进行了统计处理,通过建立灰色数列GM(1,1)模型对A出版社各课程的市场占有率及2006年的每本书销售量进行了预测;"纵横向"拉开档次法模型就大学生对所用教材的满意度问题进行了评价;最后建立了双目标约束最优化模型,使出版社出版的教材能产生较好的经济效益和满意度。并借助Matlab、lingo软件编程对模型进行求解,确定了总社的分配方案,为A出版社提出可行性的建议。
