| 摘 要： | 经前处理后得到的脱色油,分别在玻璃蒸馏瓶和不锈钢制设备中进行实验和试验研究的结果表明,贵州省产的二级菜籽油能制得满足外销标准的色拉油。试验还证明,本研究自行设计的水蒸汽精炼设备的结构基本合理,达到了预期的要求,效果较好。

| Abstract: | For bleached oil from rapeseed oil by pretreatment method, experiment and test studies on steam refining were carried out in glass distilling flask and stainless steel equipment separately. The results indicate that salad oil made from the rapeseed oil of Guizhou can be up to the standard inquality for export. The tests proves that the steam refining equipment designed by the research group is reasonable in structure, it comes up to the expected repuirements and has a better effect. |
