摘    要:建立了原子荧光光谱法测定锡精矿中汞的分析方法。试样经王水(1+1)溶解,以盐酸(5%)为载流,氯化亚锡(200g/L)溶液为还原剂,用原子荧光光谱法测定样品中的汞。考察了测定的最佳条件、锡及共存元素对测定的影响。方法相对标准偏差为5.9%-6.3%,与冷原子吸收光谱法对比结果令人满意。方法的准确度和精密度均能满足分析需要,具有较强的实用性。

Abstract:A method has been established for the determination of mercury in tin concentrates by atomic fluorescence spectrometry. The sample was dissolved in aqua regia (1+1), and the fluorescence intensity of mercury was measured by atomic fluorescence spectrometry using a 5% hydrochloric acid as the carrier liquid and a 200 g/L stannous chloride as the reducing agent. The experimental conditions, the effect of tin and the coexistent elements on the determination of mercury were investigated. The relative standard deviation (RSD) was between 5.9% and 6.3%. The results were consistent with those obtained by cold atomic absorption spectrometry. The accuracy and precision of the method can meet the actual demands.
