| 摘 要： | 将已有的弱化缓冲算子进行一些简单的数学运算后构造出新的弱化缓冲算子.在预测工作中如果系统行为数据出现前阶段增长(衰减)速度过快而后阶段增长(衰减)速度过慢的,以文章所构造的弱化缓冲算子再建模预测能使预测精度有显著提高,预测值也能更好的逼近观测值.

| Abstract: | The weakening of the buffer operator has some simple mathematical operations weakening after the construct a new operator,in forecasting the data if the system behavior before the onset phase of growth(decay) stage and then grow too fast(decay) rate is too slow to post the weakening of the structural re-modeling prediction buffer operator can significantly improve forecast accuracy,predictive value can be a better approximation of observations. |
