| 摘 要： | 本文讨论了磷矿浮选过程中表面活性剂溶液的泡沫特性。依据实际磷矿浮选结果求出表面活性剂溶液最佳泡沫特性区间。采用处最佳泡沫特性区间的表面活性剂作捕收剂时,其浮选效果显著,回收率高达92.4％。采用复合捕收剂取代传统药剂脂肪酸,可以改善磷矿浮选效果。

| Abstract: | The effect of froth characteristics of surfactant solution on phosphate ore flotation has beendiscussd in this paper. Based on the flotation test results of phosphate ore, an optimum range offroth behavior has also been proposed. Using the surfactants as collectors, whose froth properties arein the optimum range, the phosphate ore flotation results obtained are very good with a recovery ofaboat 92. 4%. By replacing the conventional collectors of fatty acids, with composite collectors thebeneficiation, in the phosphate ore flotation can be improved. |
