摘    要:本文优化了溴乙烷与2-甲基咪唑的N-烷基化反应条件,并且高收率地合成了一系列具有抗菌活性的1-烷基-2-甲基咪唑衍生物。

Abstract:The reactive conditions of N-alkylation for bromoethane and 2-methylimi-dazole were optimized,and a series of derivatives of 1alkylated-2-methylimidazole which have antibacterial activity were synthesized in this paper.
