| Abstract: | The temperature dependence of electrical conductivity σ (77–300 K) and magnetic susceptibility χ (2–300 K) of AgxTiSe2 in the Ag1/4TiSe2 phase has been studied in order to determine the possibility of preserving the charge-density-wave state in silver-intercalated
TiSe2. The behavior of χ and σ in this phase is compared with that of the starting compound TiSe2.
