| 摘 要： | 随着1999年高校研究生扩招规模的持续扩大，就业形势日趋严峻，也日益成为凸显的社会问题，那么高学历人才、自主创业也是一条最佳路径，但是高学历人才自主创业却面临着各种困境。本文基于高学历自主创业的困境，分析影响高学历自主创业的原因，并提出了促进其自主创业的对策。

| Abstract: | With the increasing expansion of post-graduates in universities from 1999,employment situation gets more and more serious,which becomes an obvious social problem.Self-employment is an optimal way for high-level professionals,but there are still various difficulties.Based on the dilemmas,this article analyzes the factors that influence self-employment for personnels with high academic degrees and gives countermeasures to promote self-employment. |
