摘    要:以高效液相色谱(HPLC)为分离手段,偏振同步荧光法为检测手段,实现了环境样 品中茐、苊、 、苯并a]荧蒽(B[a]A)的同时检测。所建方法对茐、苊、 、Ba]A的检测限分 别为 0.039,0.046,0.016和 0.042(mg/L)。该法用于大气、海洋沉积物中的茐、苊、 、Ba] A的同时测定,结果满意。

Abstract:An analytical method has been established for simultaneous determination of fluorene and acenaphthene, chrysene and benz a] anthracene (B a] A ) by polarization syn- chronous fluorometry coupled with high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The detection limits are: 0.039, 0.046, 0.016 and 0.042 mg/L for fluorene and acenaphthene, chrysene and Ba]A, respectively. The proposed method has been successfully applied to si- multaneous determination of fluorene and acenaphthene, chrysene and Ba]A in environmen- tal air and marine sediment samples.
