| Abstract: | To establish solid foundation for training the innovating ability of the undergraduates, this paper suggests to combine the both courses of "Electric Circuit" and "Electromagnetic Field" to form the course of "principle of electrical engineering", for electric engineering specialities in regular colleges, while they are now separated. Four reasons are listed in the paper. |
