Abstract: | A novel isocyanide based one-pot pseudo-four-component strategy for the synthesis of tetrahydrodiisoindoloquinoxaline and tetrahydrobenzodiisoindoloquinoxaline derivatives via the reaction of 1,2-diamines, 2-formylbenzoic acid, and an isocyanide at room temperature in good yields without using any catalyst and activation, is described. |
