| 摘 要： | 为了挽救目渐衰败的正义观念和城邦，柏拉图在形而上构建出了他的鸟托邦式的“理想国”。理想国中的正义是以正义理念为蓝本的城邦正义和个人正义，其核心是等级统治下的和谐有序。在这种正义观指导下建立的城邦能很好地维护“集体利益”，但其中的阶级特权与哲学王的统治为施行极权主义政治统治埋下了伏笔。

| Abstract: | In order to save the view of justice,and the state which deteriorates day by day,Plato constructed his utopia-like republic in the metaphysical.In the republic,justice of the state and individuals are based on the ideaology of justice.Its core is a harmonious order under hierarchical rule.The state which is constructed based on the view of justice can maintain the collective interests well,but social class privilege and administration of the country by philosophers will set a stage for the totalitarianism. |
