顶空-GC法测定卷烟包装材料用胶粘剂中挥发性有机化合物

采用顶空-气相色谱法测定卷烟包装材料用胶粘剂中挥发性有机化合物的含量，以含有30％（体积分数）水的1，3-二甲基-2-咪唑烷酮（DMI）溶液为溶剂，将样品适当稀释后取样，采用标准加入法定量。保持校准曲线试液基质同样品试液基质一致，消除顶空条件下基质对待测化合物气一液两相分配比的影响。各化合物检出限为6～40mg／kg，测定结果的相对标准偏差为0．38％-2．88％（n=51，回收率为94．2％-103．6％。该法适用于各种水基型胶粘剂的检测。

Detection of Volatile Organic Compounds in Adhesives for Cigarette Packaging by Headspace-GC

The adhesives was dissolved by DMI with 30%（volume fraction） water, then the content of volatile organic compounds in adhesives for cigarette packaging was determined by headspace-GC, and quantified with the method of standard addition. The influence of distribution ratio for the content of volatile organic compounds in the two phase of gas and liquid under headspace condition was eliminated by keeping consistent of matrix of standard curve and the sample. The detection limits were 640 mg / kg. The relative standard deviation of determination results was 0.38%-2.88%（n=5）. The recovery rate was from 94.2% to 103.6%. The method is suitable for the detection of various kinds of water-based adhesives.
