关于制订“中国 东盟 日韩”NFC手机支付小额数据交换标准的可行性研究

本文首先介绍了NFC技术,包括概念,应用领域,运行的频率等特点从而得出NFC技术将会是未来小额支付的主要支付手段。接着列举了NFC技术在美国纽约,德国法兰克福,日本韩国和中国等地区的使用试点案例。随着NFC的发展,数据之间不统一的交换格式将成为阻碍其国际化的主要因素。最后指出目前切实可行的方法就是先进行小范围的统一,其中中国作为NFC技术应用的潜在的巨大市场,对NFC发展有着重要的影响力,所以应该肩负起在首先在东盟范围内进行统一交换数据的责任。

Research on Possibility of Establishing Mobile Phone Small Payment Data Exchange Standard in China, Eastern Union, Japan and Korea

This article first introduced NFC technology including its concept, applied fields and function frequency and so on, and it concluded that NFC technology would be the main small payment means in the future. Then it enumerated some cases about application of NFC technology used in New York of America, Frank of Germany, Japan, Korea and China. Along with the development of NFC, skimble-scamble exchange format between data would become the main factor blocking its internationalization. At last, it pointed out that the practical method is to realize its unification in a small scope at first and China as a large market of NFC technology development which has a important influence on it, should first take on the responsibility of unifying the data exchange format in Eastern Union.
