AlSiMCM-41中孔分子筛的合成及其机理研究

摘    要:以水玻璃、偏铝酸钠、CTAB为原料,研究了合成条件对制备中孔沸石分子筛MCM-41样品的影响,并讨论了孔道结构形成机理。实验表明层状相可向六角形相转变,但晶化时间过长,所得产物具有热不稳定的结构。

Abstract:AlSMCM-41 mesoporousmolecular sieve samples with SiO2/Al2O3 molar ratio in the range of 16-67 were synthesized using sodium silicate, sodium aluminate and CTAB as starting materials The structures of as-synthesized samples were controlled by synthesis conditions,and them echanign of form anon was discussed It seemed that in the form ation of AlSiMCM-41,the structures of the layeredmay transform to the hexagonal, if the crys-tallization tinewas lengthened, the latter could be transformed to aproductwith thermally unstable stucutre.
