摘    要:Transient behavior of semiconductor with heat-conduction on nonrectangular is studied using isoparametric elements and an approximation to the Jacobian of the isoparametric map.Concentration and heat-conduction equations are solved by alternating-direction methods and electric potential equation is approximated by finite element method.Optimal order error estimates in L^2 are demonstrated using the theory and technique of a prior estimate of differential equation.
