Representation of merotopic and nearness spaces |

| Abstract: | The category of merotopic spaces and uniformly continuous functions is shown to be adjoint to a category of completely distributive lattices with distinguished bases and grills and complete homomorphisms preserving these structure-sets. Suitable (co-)restrictions yield a lattice-theoretical representation of nearness spaces. |
