柠檬酸中和废水回用过程中色素物质脱除的研究

摘    要:研究中和废水回用过程中抑制发酵的色素物质的脱除,确定了理想的脱色材料——粉末状活性炭。并得出最佳的脱色工艺参数.试验结果表明,中和废水经过0.4%粉末状活性炭处理后,可以直接回用于发酵罐,并可使柠檬酸产量提高4.4%.

Abstract:Through the study on the removal of the pigment matters from the neutralized wastewater that restrain ferment during its reuse, an ideal decolorant, i.e. the activated carbon powder, was chosen, and the optimal technical parameter for decolourization was determined. Experimental result shows that the neutralized wastewater, after treatment with 0.4% activated carbon, can directly be used for fermentation, and that the output of citric acid is increased by 4.4%.
