脐带血与食管癌患者血清微量元素谱的比较

摘    要:用ICP-AES测定了脐带血、产妇和食管癌患者血清中的16种微量元素含量,并进行了统计分析:t检验、相关分析和判别分析。结果显示,脐血与食管癌患者血清样的微量元素谱有显著差异,为脐带血的基础研究和临床应用提供了新的根据。

Abstract:the content of 16 trace elements in serum of cord blood,lying-in women and EC-patients was determined by ICP-AES and the statistical data analysis was carried out by t-test,correlation and discriminatiory analysis.The results show that the TE-spectrum was different obviously between the serum of cord blood and EC-patients,which supplied a new basis for basic research and clinic application of cord blood.
