关于中国宗法制度研究中几个问题的探讨

宗法制度及其文化形态是中国传统文化的核心。针对近年来史学界提出的种种不同意见 ,进一步论述了中国宗法制度的起源、本质、表现形态和发展阶段 ;并对所谓宗法为周公创立 ,周代以前、以后不存在宗法 ,嫡长子继承制是宗法存在的标志 ,《礼记》的大小宗理论就是周代的宗法等不符合史实的观点 ,以及当前宗法的改造和村治等问题 ,提出自己的新见

Patriarchal clan system and its cultural patterns are the core of china's traditional culture.TO counter some different opinions put forward by the history world during recent years,this thesis furtherly discusses the origin,nature,forms of expres sionand developing stages of china'spatriarchal clan system.We put forward some new ideas about the issues such as the trans form ation of present patriarchal clan,village adminis tration and some other issues that patria rchal clan was founded by Zhou Gong and there is no patriarchal clan before or after the Zhou Dynasty;the wife's eldest son's inheritance system iS the symbol of the existence of patriarchal clan;the theory about the clans of direct 1ine of descent and collateral branch in "The Book 0f Rites"is the patriarchal clan of the Zhou Dynasty.These issues don't conform to historical reality.
