EM富集培养液的絮凝特性试验研究

摘    要:利用有效微生物(Effective Microorganisms,简称EM)的富集培养液进行絮凝试验。试验结果表明:(a)EM的富集培养液对于高岭土溶液有较好的絮凝效果,絮凝率达到80%左右,显示出广阔的应用前景;(b)影响EM富集培养液絮凝效果的因素包括EM富集培养液的投加量、高岭土溶液的浓度及pH值、絮凝反应时间;(c)最佳的控制条件是EM富集培养液的投加量3%、高岭土溶液的pH值3-6、絮凝反应的时间10min。

Abstract:A flocculation test conducted by use of cultivation solution of Effective Microorganisms (EM) enrichment shows that (1) the cultivation solution has a good flocculation effect on the Kaolin liquor, and the flocculation rate reaches 80%, showing a wide application prospect, (2) the factors affecting flocculation include the amount of the cultivation solution, the concentration and the pH value of the Kaolin liquor, and the flocculation time, and (3) the best control conditions are that the amount of the cultivation solution is 3%, the pH value of the Kaolin liquor is 3-6, and the flocculation time is 10 minutes.
