| Abstract: | The practicable degree of Men Cheng-pillaring is analysed and proved in great detail based on a vast amount of experiments and the important basic parameters in reasonable plan of pillaring such as peak value of supporting pressure, the reasonable width of knife-pillar and the ultimate span of suspension board etc, are pointed out emphatically in this paper. |
