| 摘 要： | 成本领先与差异化是企业最基本的两种通用战略.当双寡头企业的边际成本相等,两者都具有追求产品差异化的内在动力;当两企业边际成本不等且差距较小时,成本劣势企业拥有比成本优势企业更强的差异化动力;而当两企业边际成本差距较大时,成本优势企业将没有实施差异化的动力,其只需实施成本领先战略即可获得竞争优势.

| Abstract: | There are two basic strategies of company as cost-leadership and differentiation. When the marginal costs of duopoly enterprises are equal,two enterprises both have motivity to pursue the differentiation.When the gap of two enterprises' marginal costs is small,the enterprise with cost weakness has more motivity to pursue the differentiation than the other one.And when the gap of two enterprises' marginal costs is large,the enterprise with cost strength can only carry on cost-leadership strategy to have the ... |
