基于PS021的电容式冰层厚度检测系统的设计

摘    要:根据空气、冰和水的电容特性差异,本文设计了一种新型的电容式冰层厚度检测系统.该检测系统应用了德国acam公司的电容数字转换器PS021,可以把电容式传感器采集到的电容信号转换成数字信号输出.黄河的现场实验数据分析结果表明,系统结构简单,可靠性高,可以应用于冬季河道冰层厚度及冰下水位的定点、连续自动测量.

Abstract:In this paper,based on the different capacitance characteristic between air,ice and water,a new capacitance sensor model of ice thickness which is used for testing ice thickness has been designed.PS021 a Capacitance-to-Digital chip,which is developed by acam,could convert sensor signal into digital signal is used in this detecting system.The result of experimental data analysis shows that this New sensor has the characteristics of simple structure,high reliability and can be used for continuous automatic monitoring ice thickness and water level under ice in winter.
