| Abstract: | The interface temperature and the temperature history near the interface followingthe shock compression are calculated by the method of Cattaneo heat conduction. They are com-pared with the results via Fourier heat conduction. The effects of thermal relaxation time con-stants on the interface temperatures , and so on ,are analysed. |
