摘    要:优化了粘质赛氏杆菌发酵红色素的增减偌配方,其中蛋白胨的量对色素的积累影响最参,酵母膏次之,用豆腐渣,米玉渣代替蛋白胨,酵母膏,有一定的工业应用价值。

Abstract:The formula of the fermentation medium in producing red Pigment with sarratia marcescens is optimized In the medium the Peptone content affects most the accumulation of red Pigment, and the yeast extract has less effect . With the Present formula bean drees and corn lees can be used instead of peptone and yeast extract, so it is of some practical value in the fementation industry.
