Abstract: | Previously undescribed conjugates of 2′,3′-dideoxyuridine-5′-monophosphate-(L)-methoxytryptophylphosphoramidate (5) and 2′,3′-dideoxycytidine-5′-monophosphate-(L)-methoxytryptophylphosphoramidate (7) were isolated by a chemical enzymatic method in order to study their pharmacological properties and to prepare new medicinal
preparations based on them.
