摘    要:建立了同时测定安神补脑液中淫羊藿苷和二苯乙烯苷含量的方法。采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC),迪马DiamonsilTMC18色谱柱(4.5 mm×250 mm,5μm),以乙腈-水为流动相,梯度洗脱,检测波长为350 nm,流速为1.0 mL/min,柱温为30℃。淫羊藿苷质量浓度为1.07~9.63μg/mL范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.999 5);平均加样回收率为102.2%,RSD为2.7%。二苯乙烯苷质量浓度为10~90μg/mL时与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.999 8);平均加样回收率为99.72%,RSD为2.3%。该方法精密度高,重复性好,可用于安神补脑液的质量控制。

Abstract:The method for simultaneously determining icariin and stilbene glycoside in anshenbunaoye was established.The method is based on the HPLC separation with DAD detection.The chromatography analysis was performed on DIKMA DiamonsilTM C18 column(4.5 mm×250 mm,5 μm) by gradient elution with acetonitrile and water at a flow-rate of 1.0 mL·min-1.Detection was done by spectrophotometry at 350 nm and the column temperature was 30 ℃.The linear range of icariin was 1.07-9.63 μg·mL^-1(r=0.999 5),and the mean recovery was 102.2% with RSD of 2.7%.The linear range of stilbene glycoside was 10-90 μg·mL^-1(r=0.999 8),and the mean recovery was 99.72% with RSD of 2.3%.The method was accurate,reliable with good repeatability and can be used for the quality control of anshenbunaoye.
