一种新型非球面数控抛光方法的研究

摘    要:介绍了一种新型的非球面抛光方法———进动抛光,这种方法有着其它方法所不具备的优点———抛光头与非球面很好的接触,因而使仿真结果与实际更接近。对进动抛光原理进行了详细的论述,用数学建模的方法计算了非球面抛光过程中的非球面度、去除函数及驻留函数,通过计算机模拟出了相应的特性曲线。

Abstract:A new method of aspheric surface polishing was introduced, which has the particular advantage_making polishing tool match aspheric surface well when working and then the results of simulation are nearer to practical results. The principle of precession process was described in detail and aspheric tolerance, removal function and dwell function were computed by mathematical model method. The respective performance curves were given by simulation.
