| Abstract: | Through the survey on the satisfaction with their work by employees in Tibet,the paper analyzes the major factors affecting the employees' satisfaction with their work and the discrepancy on the variable of population statistics caused by the employees' satisfaction with their work and finally puts forward some related countermeasures. |
