外弹性支承滑动轴承—刚性转子系统非线性动力稳定性的研究

摘    要:研究外弹性支承滑动轴承-刚性转子系统的动力稳定性问题。建立了弹性支承圆瓦轴承-Jeffcot转子系统的力学模型,针对滑动轴承水平转子,在油膜力非线性的情况下,采用Newmark方法计算其响应。对于一个具体的算例,通过改变其参数,确定其稳定区,并与滑膜力线性化时理论分析的结果进行了比较。

Abstract:The nonlinear dynamic stability of a flexible support-sliding bearing rigid rot o r system is investigated. For the horizontal rotor with flexible support, the m echanical model of Jeffcot rotor-oil film cylindric bearing is established. Bas e d on the nonlinear behavior of film force, the Newmark method is used to calcul ate the dynamic response of the rotor system. And a practical Jeffcot rotor sys tem is calculated. Its stable region is discussed via changing its structural pa rameters. The calculated results are compared with the results in the case of li near film force.
