| 摘 要： | 随着社会法治建设的不断推进，高校关于大学生违纪处分程序的“正当性”问题受到了社会越来越多的关注，它涉及有关处分的机构、调圣、证据、决定、送达、救济等环节的“正当性”问题。本文拟对这些问题的主要方面进行法律分析，并提出实现大学生违纪处分程序正当的有效方法。

It involves many problems such as the bodies, investigations, evident, decision, delivered files and so on. The article is intended to provide legal analysis of the main aspects of these issues .and an effective way with proper procedures to discipline students. |
