| 摘 要： | 本文用紫外分光光度法测定诺氟沙星胶囊的含量。检测小长λ＝２７３ｎｍ、吸收系数Ｅ＾１％１ｃｍ为１０９８，回收率为１００．２％，ＲＳＤ＝０．２１，方法所得结果与中国药典１９９０年版方法基本一致。本法准确，简便。

| Abstract: | Determination of norfloxacini capsulae was obtained by ultraviolet spectrometry.The wavelength of the detection is 273nm, the absorptivity is 1098 and the recovery is 100.2% with a relative standard deviation of 0. 21% (n= 5).The result obtained by this method is consistent with that obtained by the method in Chinese Pharmacopoeia (ChP)1990.The method is accurate and simple. |
