摘    要:由于红外材料锗同普通光学玻璃在某些性能上存在较大差异,并且在可见光波段是不透过的,因而其在加工工艺及检测方法上同一般玻璃光学零件的加工工艺及检测方法也有所不同。我们在实践中采取一些方法是行之有效的,本文主要总结秒级扫描光模的加工工艺及检测方法。

Abstract:Because there are great differences in some properties between common optical glass and germanium, which is opaque on visible wave band, the fabricating technology and testing method of germanium are different from that of common glass elements. Some methods we adopted is the practice are effective. The fabricating technology and testing method of scanning wedge with the accuracy of second are mainly summed up.
