| Abstract: | A L-cysteine (L-Cys) self-assembled modified gold electrode was used to detect dopamine (DA) by chronoamperometric method (CE) in the presence of ascorbic acid (AA). The defective limit is 2.0 x 10(-8) mol L(-1) (S/N=3). The proposed method was applied to detect DA in the samples with satisfied result. |
