采用一锅法的合成方式有效地合成了2-(2,4-二叔丁基苯氧基)甲基-6,7-二氧戊环并[1,3-g]喹啉-3-羧酸,其特点是将威廉姆逊反应和碱水解这两步反应在"一锅里"进行.所得化合物的结构经IR、1 HNMR、MS和元素分析得以证实.

One-pot Synthesis of 2-(2,4-di-tert-Butylphenoxy) methyl-6,7-dioxolo[1,3-g]quinoline-3-carboxylic acid

Quinoline ring is a back-bone of many natural products and pharmacologically significant compounds displaying a broad range of biological activity [1,2].For example,the anticancer alkaloid camptothecin was used as medicine against gastric cancer,tumors of the neck and carcinoma of the urinary bladder.[3,4] Many functionalized quinolines are widely used as antimalarial,anti-inflammatory agents,antibacterial,antihypertensive and tyrokinase PDGF-RTK inhibiting agents[5,6].Quinoline derivatives represent the major class of heterocycles,and a number of preparations have been known since the late 1980s.The quinoline skeleton is often used for the design of many synthetic compounds with diverse pharmacological properties.Indeed,the synthesis of new quinoline derivatives and the development of new synthetic methods would be of considerable importance to the chemistry community.
