| Abstract: | This studied area can be divided into Proterozic terranes of Jiuling, Huaiyu,Kuaiji and Chencai and Caledonian terranes of Nanjing-Zhenjiang, West Zhejiang-South Anhui and South Jiangxi. These terranes have great differences from each other in paleontology, Sedimention, metamorphism,deformation, magmatic activity and geophysics, and their geochemical fields are clearly distinct. Thus, great difference in geochemical characteristics can act as one of the indicators to classify terranes |
