摘    要:提出了一种适合聚酯帘线单向拉伸试验的新方法(简称减法试验法).该方法首先进行不同长度试件的单向拉伸试验;然后对获得的任意两个差别较大的载荷-位移曲线实施位移减法,从而得到消除了端部效应的新的载荷-位移曲线(其对应试件的长度为原两试件长度之差);进而得到相关的力学参数.本文的试验和相关分析表明,直接的单向拉伸试验存在明显的端部效应,必须予以消除,且在同一载荷下端部效应与试件的长度无关;同时又表明本文所提出的减法试验法是有效的,能够获得聚酯帘线较真实可靠的应力应变曲线和相关力学参数.
