| Abstract: | The preparation, electrochemical behaviour and modified properties of carbon paste elect rode are investigated. The feasibility of a new plunger carbon paste electrode with different materials is demonstrated. The detection limits of Pb, Cd, Cu, Bi and Zn in differential pulse anodic stripping voltammetry are 0.3, 0. b, 1. 2, 7 and 0. 2 ng/ml respectively. Sati sfactory accuracy is obtained for the determination of trace metal ions in running water. |
