摘    要:设计了一种用HHNEC0.35μmBCD工艺实现的LDO线性稳压器,该LDO是一款低功耗,带宽大的低压差线性稳压器。对其结构和工作原理进行分析,讨论了关键电路的设计,模拟结果验证了设计的正确性。

Abstract:A design of LDO voltage regulator using HHNEC 0.35DmBCD technology is presented.The low dropout regulator with low power consumption,wide bandwidth can run well.After analyzing its structure and principle,the design of key circuits of this LDO voltage regulator is given.At last the simulation results prove that the design is of high quality.
