Abstract: | Neutral desorption-extractive electrospray ionization mass spectrometry was used for the direct, rapid, and quantitative determination of chlorpyrifos in honey without pretreatment. Under the optimized conditions, the limit of detection was 1.64?ng/mL with a linear dynamic range from 10 to 1,000?ng/mL and relative standard deviations from 1.97 to 6.14%. The recoveries of fortified honey samples at 50 and 500?ng/mL were 82.02 and 109.28% with relative standard deviations of 4.02 and 4.34%, respectively. This protocol offers high sensitivity, good precision, rapid analysis, and high specificity in a complex matrix. |
