On a certain infinite system of semilinear evolution equations

Summary We consider a certain infinite system of semilinear evolution equations in a Banach space. There are proved the existence and uniqueness of solutions of the Cauchy problem for the above system. These results involve, as a particular case, a system of integro-differential evolution equations with functional arguments.
