胶乳粘合非织造布物理-机械性能及其影响因素分析

摘    要:本文用二次回归旋转设计方法研究了纤维网重、含胶量、针刺密度对胶乳粘合非织造布的主要物理-机械性能的影响:利用导出的回归方程,确定了上述影响因素的控制范围。在这个范围内,可使胶乳粘合非织造布物理-机械性能达到最佳值,实际结果验证了回归方程的可靠性,因而可使最佳因素控制范围应用到实际的非织造生产中。

Abstract:In this paper,a study was made on the physical-mechanical properties of thelatex-bonded nonwoven fabrics.The second order regression rotary design was used to dis-cuss the effects of web weight,binder content and needle density on these main propcrties.From the regression equations derived,the controlling range of the above effecting factorswere determined and within this range,the optimum properties of the nonwoven fabric wereexpected.Experimental results demonstrated the reliability of the regression equations.As a re-sults,the optimal controlling factor range can be applied to actual production of nonwovenfabric.
