钽和LY12铝的高压声速测量

摘    要:应用两种不同的实验装置钽飞片/LY12铝缓冲层/LiF窗口和钽飞片/LiF窗口,采用逆向碰撞法测量了钽在110~131 GPa冲击压力下的纵波声速。实测的钽的声速结果与文献\5\]报道的数据有较好的一致性。研究结果表明,作为缓冲层的LY12铝与LiF窗口的阻抗比较接近,使用缓冲层对钽的声速测量结果没有明显影响。实验测量同时获得了LY12铝在110 GPa和131 GPa冲击压力下的纵波声速。结合文献\4\]的数据表明LY12铝在125~150 GPa冲击压力范围内,纵波声速随冲击压力的增加逐渐降低至体波声速。

Abstract:Reverse-impact method used to measure the high-pressure sound velocity in shock-compressed metals was described.Two reverse-impact set-ups,Ta/LY12 Al buffer/LiF window and Ta/LiF window,were used to measure the sound velocity in shock-compressed Ta over the range of 110~131 GPa.Measured longitudinal sound velocities in Ta are consistent with the data reported by Brown J M,et al.No significant effects of LY12 Al buffer on the measurement uncertainty of sound velocity were found because of little difference in impedance between LY12 Al and LiF.The longitudinal sound velocities of LY12 Al buffer were determined at 110 GPa and 131 GPa.The data combining with those reported by McQueen R G show that the longitudinal sound velocities in LY12 Al decrease gradually to bulk sound velocities with pressure over the range of 125~150 GPa.
