Radical telomerization of 3,3,3-trifluoropropene with 2-methyl-1,3-dioxolane

The telomerization of 3,3,3-trifluoropropene with 2-methyl-1,3-dioxolane gives predominantly cyclic telomers as shown by¹³C NMR and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.
